Beth runs two popular weekly Pilates classes on a Tuesday morning for all ages, genders and abilities. Intermediates runs at 9am followed by a mixed ability/ gentle class. Lessons are fun and enjoyable and non competitive; the focus is very much on correct technique and levelling to enable access and progression for all. Pilates is a low impact way to move your body, improve your core strength, improve your posture, develop flexibility and build strength through body resistance exercise. Pilates is also known as a great mental de-stressor and relaxation work. It’s simply a brilliant way to start your day.
