Hall opening
The trustees are hoping to reopen the Millennium Hall during the week commencing 21st September 2020. The Hall and Foyer are already beginning to look smarter with their new colour scheme and lighting and we are sure that we will be able to welcome more parties and events as a result.
We are currently in the process of drawing up a general risk assessment and all users will be required to risk assess their activities and comply with distancing, numbers, safety and any rules in force at the time of their booking. We may also be imposing restrictions on the use of the kitchen etc. Because of this, you may decide not to resume your activity for the time being.
Regular users are requested to let the bookings clerk know as soon as possible whether they are deferring or cancelling their regular booking or wishing to resume bookings so we can start to get things back up-to-date and send out new booking forms with revised Conditions of Hire when ready.
The online booking system will continue to be suspended until further notice.
